Your registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions for the duration of the congress including breakfast- & dinner symposia (excludes pre-congress workshops)
- Congress bag
- Programme and abstract book and other congress material
- Luncheons and teas
- Admission to welcome cocktail function. Please refer to the registration form for cost of the SA Heart Congress dinner.
Cancellation of Registration
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing. An administration free of R500 will be charged to all cancelled registrations received prior to 22 June 2012. Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated and block bookings have been made at Sun City. Please refer to the accommodation form for details. All accommodation must be booked directly with Sun International. Credit card details are required to book your accommodation.Flights

The congress will be conducted in English. No translation service will be available.CPD Accreditation
The congress, as well as the pre-congress workshops and trade sponsored symposia will be CPD accredited.Muslim delegates and Ramadaan
The organising committee has made the following arrangements for all Muslim delegates during their stay at Sun City:- Breakfast will be available each morning before sunrise and delivered to your room
- Congress dinners will be served after sunset each evening
- Prayer rooms will be available for the duration of the congress in the main conference centre.
